Abstract

The introduction of innovative management in small enterprises is considered one of the most important prerequisites for modern economic development. Although innovation provides the ability to compete and adapt to market changes, small businesses often lack the appropriate resources and knowledge. A strategic and systematic approach, with state support and integrated development of the environment, ensures the effective use of innovative potential. The study highlights the role of innovations, existing challenges and recommendations for improving implementation, which shows the need for comprehensive support for small enterprises.
