JURY VERDICT

Abstract

We talk about the importance of institution of the Jury trial; making members of the society more active; protection of rights and freedoms guaranteed by the constitution; democratic processes, etc., but it seems that we are avoiding to talk about the difficulties concerning the work of jurors. Our goal is to demonstrate these difficulties and walk the same path from the selection of jurors till delivering the verdict. I believe that, despite the difficulties, on the basis of a consistent, easy understandable explanation from the judge, jurors are able to convict or acquit accused person on each charge brought.
