The Dependence of the Dynamics of the Release of the Active Substanse from The Anty-Erosion Healing Suppisitories On the Polarization of the Base
1.We have prepared a form of dosed soft medicine – suppositories on a base of three different polarities with a perspective of using them in gynecological practice.
2.Having studied the effect of base polarity on the dynamics of s-methyl-methionine release, the best release of substance is displayed from (mixed) amphiphilic base 15min-78%, which lasts 2 hours and increases up to 97.8% (compared to hydrophilic-nonpolar base – 15 min64.8%. 2 h – 93.4% and lipophilic-nonpolar base 15min- 72.1%. 2h- 91.5%)
- as an anti-erosion agent, s-methyl-methionine suppositories, prepared on an amphiphilic base, will be adequate for the future production of high bioavailability suppositories by the reason of the best release of substance.
