The aim of the work is to study political behavior and formation. Researching process of the problem depends on the methods of comparing and empirical analysis. The work is partly studying effort of political behavior and related problem in Georgian Political Science. Political behavior is the form of political activeness and passiveness, which represents different forms of political persons’ actions, with aim of satisfying politically important interest of these persons. Conclusions according to the researching result can be used in the process of analysis of political behavior.
